WE GOT MARRIED!

Our story began back in November of 2013, at our friend Eddie’s Friendsgiving party that, honestly, both of us almost ditched. Rachel was nervous to attend, as Eddie was the only person she actually knew, while Brian was coming as a plus one, not knowing anyone but the friend he was attending with. Of course, being the two people who didn’t know anyone else, we found our way to each other. However, neither of us thought we’d see the other again, so we said our goodbyes that night. Little did we know, at Eddie’s birthday party in June of 2014, we’d meet again. Brian was not going to let another opportunity to slip by. Phone numbers were exchanged, and Brian asked Rachel out on what would be their last first date ever. Making it official on August 3rd, 2014, we began our journey to forever. Our love grew stronger the more time we spent together, no matter how many curveballs life threw our way. Together through countless jobs, through a global pandemic, through three degrees, four homes, and two cats together (we love you, Rosie and Milo!), nothing could come between us. Then comes January 7, 2024: the day Brian planned a visit to The Magic Castle. Inviting our close friends Arianna and Kenny to join in what Rachel thought to just be holiday festivities, but soon learned would be the celebration of a lifetime. Brian ended up bringing the magic with him that night, as he'd planned a whole surprise proposal, involving a magician and a very sneaky waitress. After a few magic tricks, in which the magician "magicked" the ring into Rachel's outstretched palm, Brian got down on one knee. He asked her what would become one of the most important questions of their lives, to which, teary-eyed, Rachel said “yes!” The rest, as they say, is history. On May 10th, 2025, they officially tied the knot in an initmate ceremony. Rachel and Brian are thrilled to be stepping into this new chapter of their lives with all of you.
