We recommend Turo because you can skip the counter drama with the car rental agency and communicate over an app with the owner of the vehicle. There’s several vehicles to choose from, since it’s people renting out their own cars. Pricing is transparent and you can use your own car insurance or add on insurance. If you choose this option be clear on the directions of pickup when coming from an airport - there is a fee for the airport however a lot of Turo hosts give instructions on how to avoid the fee and still pickup at the airport.
