What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony for 4 PM as it should begin at 4:30 PM . Keep in mind, we will have a shuttle service if you are staying at the hotel! If you will be late, please join for our cocktail hour starting at 5 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, black-tie formal is optional. (A suit is just fine)

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are staying at Hotel Providence and have a code for our guests to join us there! Please refer to the accommodations page. Feel free to stay at another hotel of your preference.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be four shuttles from the Hotel Providence to the University Club departing at 3:45 (2) & at 4:00 (2). There will be five shuttles back to the hotel from the University Club departing at 10:00, 11:00, 11:10, 11:20 & 11:30. Each shuttle accommodates up to 25 people. Valet parking is available for guests who prefer to drive.

We love kids, but this will be an adult only event!

Due to venue size, please refer to whom the invite was addressed.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do have a registry at Macy's, Williams-Sonoma, and are registered through Zola! Go to the registry tab at the top of this website and it will pull up everything we have registered for. You can order through this site for Zola or it will transfer you to the product website if not through Zola.

Is the venue accommodating?

Answer

The venue has many stairs to get inside. There is a small elevator at street level for guests if needed. Please ask valet upon arrival for assistance.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a brunch the following morning for our guests who are staying at the Hotel Providence in the Main Dining Room from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We hope you can join!
