Where can we grab a ride to and from the venue?

Answer

Shuttles will be picking up guests from the Limelight Hotel starting at 3:30 PM to get everyone to the venue. Please make sure to arrive on time as it may be difficult to find other transportation. You also have the option to take a taxi. There are very few Uber drivers in the Sun Valley area. After the reception shuttles will be transporting guests back to the Limelight Hotel starting at 9 PM. If you need to arrange for an earlier departure please do so ahead of time.

Sun Valley is a super popular tourist destination, especially in the summer with events happening nearly every day. Because of this we STRONGLY encourage you to book your hotel or Airbnb as far in advance as possible. Rates will also increase the longer you wait, and cheaper options will be more difficult to find.

What are the flight options?

Answer

We recommend booking flights and a place to stay ASAP as it gets very busy during the summer in Sun Valley. There are direct flights into Friedman Memorial Airport in Hailey. Another cheaper option would be to fly into Boise and drive (rent a car or take a shuttle/bus) to Sun Valley, which is about 2-2.5 hours.
