When should I RSVP?

Answer

August 15, 2026. You can RSVP through this website, texting Kasey/Saxon, or emailing Denningwedding102426@yahoo.com If you do not RSVP you will not be allowed in.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are encouraging all guest to wear Cocktail attire. Please no bright colors, keep it darker classy tones. We also ask no t-shirts or worn out clothing.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

No later than 4:55. The ceremony will start promptly at 5 pm. Doors will open for guest at 4:30. If you show up late you will not be allowed in for the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, we ask that no children under 12 attend.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, all special request will need to be sent ASAP along with you RSVP to make sure the cook can accommodate. The deadline for this will be Aug 1,2026

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No, unless specifically told, or addressed, we ask that you do not bring a date. How awkward will it be when they have no dinner and no seat. 💁🏼‍♀️

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, If you book with the lodging at Hidden Gem it is located in the same parking lot as the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking in the front and on side of the venue. We just ask you respect the reserved parking spots.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

There is a bar. There will be fabulous bartenders. Butttt you will have to pay for them as it’s a cash bar.

Is there coffee?

Answer

Duh! Free coffee bar with all the fixins. From lattes to black coffee and everything in between.
