Fairfield Inn & Suites: 2:30 PM-2:45 PM Best Western: 2:50 PM - 2:55 PM Country Inn & Suites: 3:00 PM - 3:05 PM The Shuttle will then complete the drop off at The Cypress House. Immediately upon drop off, the shuttle will circle back around to the hotels again. It is strongly recommended that you follow as closely as possible to the times above for the first pick up to avoid any potential delays. There will only be two shuttle drop off prior to the event. Return service from the venue will start at 9:30 PM, and the final shuttle will depart at 11:00 PM. Dress attire required. No hats please.
