Please arrive by 3:30 with ceremony to start at 4:00.

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The Flat Iron Steak is gluten and dairy free. The Vegetable Tortellini is vegan.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be signs when you pull in to direct you to park. There is also a drop-off area for anyone with mobility issues that you can use. The reception attendants will be assisting and have golfcarts available for those in need.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes there will be a shuttle available to and from the venue from the blocked hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites, located under the travel tab on our website.
