Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
No, only those named on personal invites. We are limited in our space and cannot accommodate extra individuals. Thank you for understanding.

What is the dress code?

Sunday best or semi-formal attire.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you refrain from using your phone during the ceremony. We would like everyone to be present and in the moment with us. We will have a professional photographer there to capture the moment and we will share photos at a later date. Personal photos are welcome at the reception.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We are planning for the ceremony to be outdoors, but we do have a backup option in case of inclement weather. If we are outside, we will be on a stone terrace; guests will not need to walk on grass. The reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive 20-30 minutes early to allow for parking and an approximate 5 minute walk from the parking lot to the ceremony site.

Do I need to buy admission tickets for the arboretum?
Answer
No, simply tell the gatehouse that you are here for the Sawyer/Kerns wedding and they will be able to direct you. The information desk in the visitor center will be able to direct you to the ceremony site.
