We met at a factory. Kathy Young first introduced us at the break room table. She said “Amber, have you met my friend Nathan?” He asked me out and I agreed to MEET him at Taco John’s for dinner. After him agreeing to that and seeing what he drove, I agreed to go for a short ride in his car. After the ride, he brought me back to my car and we both went home. He had me pretty much from that first “date” and about a year later we were at Krug Park taking pictures with his kids and when I turned around, they were holding signs that read “will you marry” and he had the “me?” We had a date picked; Oct 22. But, it doesn’t fall on a Saturday til 2022! We were talking to our pastor and he mentioned May 4th, ‘cause he knew Nathan liked Star Wars. That just so happened to be on a Saturday in 2019! That was how it began :)
