This event is inside and outside during the fall, please check weather so you're able to dress accordingly.

bussing to Kimberely and the top of Beaver valley as well as a bus to Meaford, and Thornbury with be available at the end of the evening at 12:30am EVENT SCHEDULE: The ceremony starts at 4:00, however we kindly ask everyone to arrive by 3:30 so we can have everyone parked, slightly mingled, and seated by the time we get ready for the big moment 4pm: Ceremony 4:30-5:30: Open bar while wedding party/family photos are taken 6pm-8:30: Introductions, Dinner, Speeches, Dessert 8:30-11:30 : Dancing (We are so excited to share one of our favourite local musicians with you!) 11:30: Late night sandwich bar, iPod + Speaker Dance Party 12:30 BUSSING TO KIMBERLY, BEAVER VALLEY +THORNBURY, MEAFORD - *ABSOLUTELY NO DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE* 12:30 on: For guests staying at the Inn, the open bar at this point will be ending however it will switch to a CASH BAR for anyone still mingling and staying the night or who have other SAFE DESIGNATED ways home, and yes there is an atm provided at the INN.
