Will there be a dress code?

There is no specific dress code for our wedding. We kindly invite guests to wear attire in which they feel comfortable and celebratory.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

There is no need to RSVP! If you book your stay through Amarillo Travel Network, your RSVP will be noted.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. We kindly request that guests arrive at least 15 minutes in advance to allow sufficient time for seating.

Can I bring a guest?

In order to keep our celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only the guests named on the invitation attend.

Will there be transportation for guests?

Yes, there will be transportation for guests. Please consult our travel agent at the time of booking for additional details and arrangements.

Where is the wedding venue located?

The wedding venue is at the resort! It will be walking distance from your room.

What will be served at the reception?

Answer

We are currently finalizing the menu selections. A thoughtfully curated meal will be served at the reception, and additional details will be shared as they become available. We will also have appetizers and beverages at the cocktail hour and reception.

Will there be an after-party?

Following the wedding ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour, dinner, first dance, speeches, cake cutting, and a reception to follow.

Who can I contact about my dietary accommodations?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the celebration! Please let the bride or groom know about any dietary restrictions or allergies as soon as possible, and we’ll work with our caterer to accommodate you.
