Yes! Edgewood requires that every guest is shuttled out to the golf course for the wedding. Don't miss the shuttle or you will miss the ceremony! Hard Rock and Edgewood Clubhouse: There will be two shuttles running continuously between 2:30 & 3:10, so a shuttle should be on site every 10 minutes or less. There will be returns between 8:00pm & 11:00pm. The shuttles will simply stand by near the 17th green and depart as guests file out. Brockway Springs: Shuttle will depart at 2:15pm. The return trip after the ceremony for this group will occur at 11:00pm
We love all of your children, however, we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand! Please reach out if you would like help finding a local babysitter in Tahoe. All little ones are welcome to join us the night before!
The days are beautiful and warm with temperatures around 75 degrees. Nights get cooler with temperatures dropping into the 50s. We suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater with you to the evening wedding events. The reception will be held in a walled tent with heaters. Keep in mind that mountain weather is unpredictable so check the weather forecast before you come and it's always a good idea to consider layers.
Formal - We suggest mid to long dresses for the ladies and suits for the gentlemen. As mentioned above, a light sweater or jacket for the evening is recommended. Also, our wedding will be taking place on a golf course, so we recommend considering this when selecting your footwear.
Yes, there is complementary valet parking at Edgewood Golf Club. You will need to be shuttled from the parking lot to the 17th Green.
There is Uber in Tahoe, however, keep in mind that it is a small town and they are limited. There are taxi services in Tahoe.
