When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 19th, 2026 so we can finalize seating and accommodations with our vendors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, only guests formally listed on the invitation will be able to attend. We appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our closest family and friends.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors in beautiful Mapleton, Utah. September evenings can be cool, so we recommend bringing a light layer. As portions of the celebration will take place on grass, guests may wish to choose block heels, wedges, or other outdoor-friendly footwear.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is an adults-only celebration, with one exception: children under the age of 7 are welcome only for guests who have been invited to stay on the property for the wedding weekend. Professional childcare will be provided for those children during the ceremony and reception so their parents can enjoy the evening. We kindly ask that all other guests make arrangements for childcare, as we are unable to accommodate children at the wedding.

We recommend cocktail formal attire for The Night Before.

What should I wear to the Wedding?

Answer

We’d love to see our guests dressed in garden party formal attire. Ladies may wear floor-length gowns, midi dresses, or elevated cocktail attire. Soft pastels, floral prints, and nature-inspired hues are encouraged but not required. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits or dressy attire. Please avoid jeans, casual wear, and white or ivory tones.

What color will the bridesmaids be in?

Our bridesmaids will be wearing sage green matte satin.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. We promise to share professional photos afterward!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Beer, wine, and signature cocktails will be available during the celebration.

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

Dinner will be reserved for invited guests prior to the reception. Reception guests will be welcomed afterward for dessert, lite bites, drinks, and dancing!

Is there parking at the Venue?

Yes, parking will be available on-site.

Will transportation be provided?

Guests should plan to arrange their own transportation to and from the venue.
