For our special day, we kindly ask that you dress in semi-formal attire. To help everyone feel their best and match the tone of the event, please no hats, jeans, or white attire.
Pre-ceremony cocktails & refreshments will be available starting at 4:00pm, with our wedding ceremony begging at 4:30pm. We recommend being at least 10-15 min early to ensure parking and seating prior to the ceremony.
YES! If you are staying on the Eagle Crest property (The lodge, Airbnb, VRBO, Vacation Rental), there is a shuttle service to take you to and from the wedding venue. **If you are not staying at the Lodge at Eagle Crest, you will need to call 855-682-4786 to reserve your transportation** After the wedding concludes, transportation will be available at the venue to shuttle you back to your respective locations on Eagle Crest property (The Lodge, Airbnb, VRBO, Vacation Rental, etc.).
The ceremony will take place outdoors, and as it is scheduled for March in Central Oregon, we kindly recommend bringing a coat or wrap to ensure your comfort. Cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors, where guests can enjoy the celebration in warmth.
We have a room block reserved for guests at The Lodge at Eagle Crest for your convenience (Check out the travel tab for more info). Please note, the resort will fill up quickly so we recommend booking ASAP to be close to all the festivities.
Although we adore your little ones, we are planning an adults-only celebration due to limited capacity at the venue. We hope you enjoy mom & dads night out!
