We're getting married!

Parker and Savvy met November 27th, 2019, at 123 Datura Bar & Kitchen. Having mutual friends from college, they initially liked each other; Parker was drawn to Savvy's free spirit, and Savvy was drawn to Parker's calming disposition. However, the pair made it adamantly clear that they were not interested in each other romantically. Parker was too forward about dating, and Savvy swore she wouldn't date again till she was 30 (which Parker still won't let her live down). This standoff made them put some distance between each other for a couple of months, but it didn't stop Savvy from "accidentally" running into Parker. In early 2020, Savvy swallowed her pride and admitted she had feelings for Parker, and once the two admitted their attraction, they became instantly inseparable. After making things official, the pandemic hit, and Savvy and Parker spent the length of quarantine deepening their friendship and love for each other. They both credit being best friends to keeping them strong through the hard times. While COVID-19 got the best of many new relationships, Parker and Savvy's foundation rested upon their shared faith in Jesus Christ and their strong sense of "Us." After two years together, and adding their husky Juno to the family, Parker asked Savvy to marry him July 23rd, 2022. Parker surprised her with a dinner surrounded by their closest friends and family, and it is their sweetest memory yet. Life shared together has been the greatest years the two have had. To this day, Savvy is extremely grateful that Parker didn't wait for her to come around at 30 years old to make Us happen. Thank you, Parker!!!
