As much as we would love to accommodate all our favorite kiddos, this will be an adults only wedding with the exception of the nieces of the bride and groom.

Is there a room block?

Answer

No, there is not. However, there are courtesy discount rates for Double Queen Rooms and One-Bedroom King Suites offered when purchasing through Eagle Crest (Note: this is a first-come first-serve basis for a 2-night minimum based upon the hotel's availability): Condo Options - $206.00 per night (before taxes/fees) for the Double Queen Room - $224.00 per night (before taxes/fees) for the One-Bedroom King Suite To book with the courtesy discount, call Eagle Crest Resort (855-682-4786) and ask for the Reservations Department and say you'd like to reserve a room under the Damico Fiorante Wedding Room Block.

Do I have to stay in Eagle Crest Resort?

Nope! There are many options to book your own vacation stay within 15-20 minutes of Eagle Crest Resort. Check out AirBnB and VRBO in the surrounding areas!

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

If you're staying in Eagle Crest, calling for a shuttle is an option. Depending on how close your unit is to the River Run venue, you may be able to walk! Ubers/Lyfts are always an option and available as well.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception and dinner will be indoors.
