Absolutely! With as many kids as we have we are making it fun for the kiddos too, we are even having a bounce house to help keep them entertained! The reception will be family friendly until 8:30pm after that the music and karaoke will switch to more grown up themes.
Yes we just need to know by May 15 so we have an accurate headcount.
Because we have lived together for a year and both had established homes as single people prior to living together we do not need many household items, in lieu of those items we are primarily asking for gift cards and experience funds that we can use with each other and with our kiddos!
Yes, both venues have plenty of parking space!
We are hosting the reception at a vineyard. Unfortunately due to the liquor license the vineyard has there will not be beer and will have limited distilled spirits, but we will have wine available on the tables for dinner and a cash bar for more wine and mixed drinks. We will also provide soft drinks throughout the reception.
We will have umbrellas available for the ceremony at Fort Phoenix and have the ability to enclose the tents for the reception, if it is going to be bad weather we will have to cancel the bounce house.
Definitely! We are having karaoke and dancing at the wedding! We encourage you to bring your singing voice and ask for your favorite song!
We will be having southern style barbecue. The options will be brisket on the bone and pulled pork with sides! Sadly we will not have a vegan barbecue option, but the vineyard will have plenty of organic, non gmo grape leaves available.
Ceremony begins at 5 pm so no later than 4:45 please
Semi formal attire please! Wedding party will be in formal wear, but please be comfortable as we will have a ceremony at the beach and a reception at a vineyard.
