What time should I arrive for the wedding ceremony?

The ceremony is set to begin at 4:30 p.m. To help us stay on schedule, we kindly request that everyone arrive and be settled in their seats by 4:15 p.m.

Can I walk to the festivities from the hotel?
Answer
Yes! Each event will be located within a short distance of the hotel with paved, well-lit sidewalks throughout downtown.

Will transportation be provided to ceremony?
Answer
Due to the proximity of the hotel to the wedding venue (0.3 miles), no transportation will be provided.

Is parking available near the venues?
Answer
Yes, many parking options are available throughout the downtown area, though most will carry a charge.

Will the wedding festivities be inside?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will take place indoors. The cocktail hour and reception to follow offer both indoor and outdoor space. Dinner will be served indoors.

Am I allowed to take photos/videos during the wedding?

We kindly request that no photos and/or videos be taken during the ceremony, but each is welcome during the cocktail hour and reception.

Yes, all dietary restrictions and allergies noted on RSVPs will be accommodated.

Yes, you can enjoy a variety of drinks throughout the celebration, including beer, wine, liquor, soda and coffee.

Daytime August high temperatures in Raleigh are typically in the 80s. Nighttime August low temperatures in Raleigh are typically around 70 degrees.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Due to limited capacity, we’re only able to accommodate plus ones for guests with a designation included on their invitation. Thank you for understanding!
