If here is no more available parking, across the street from the train station is a large parking lot that can be used for overflow. If that is filled up as well, you can also park on State St and walk.
If Virginia state regulations have not been relaxed by this point, yes. If they have, and you still feel a little apprehensive, you are more than welcome to wear a mask.
Yes we are allowing children. We will have a kids table set up during the reception with coloring sheets and activities needed, and there spaces available for diaper changes and breast feeding if needed.
If you do not own any of these items, wearing your "sunday best" will be fine too.
Because the venue is so close to many of the hotels and most of our guests are from the area, we will NOT be providing transportation to and from the venue.
Unless you are part of the wedding party, who may be asked briefly to step outside for pictures, you won't be asked to go outside. However it is winter so just in case, please bring appropriate clothing.
There will be water available, iced tea, and hot chocolate.
If you bring your gift to the wedding, there will be a table set up right off of the elevators.
We WILL NOT be having a cash bar. HOWEVER, we will be doing a traditional polish wedding dance where cash is given to the bride if you choose to participate.
Unless your invitation allows for 2 spots, you MAY NOT bring a guest. Wedding etiquette dictates that unless the bride and groom have given you a plus one, you will not be able to bring someone with you due to space and catering considerations.
