Yes, black-tie optional. Gentlemen are requested to wear nice suits, no jeans as this is a formal event. Ladies are encouraged to wear colorful, floor-length gowns that embrace fun fabrics, patterns, and elegant textures. Please, no white, cream, or ivory in any form.
