Where will the big day take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Southern Celebrations at Collins Grove. The venue address is 2467 N. Williston Road, Florence SC 29506.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM, please arrive 30 minutes prior to allow for parking and seating.

Will this be an outdoor event?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Please dress accordingly and be sure to check weather conditions leading up to the event, although tents will be provided as needed due to inclement weather. Additionally, please keep in mind that the venue primarily has grass and gravel terrain.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We can't wait to celebrate with all of you and would love for everyone to dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal to formal attire for the evening. For men, recommended suits, sports coats, or dress pants with a tie or bow tie (no jeans). For women, recommended floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (with the exception of children in the wedding party). We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Are photographs/videos allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras please). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
