To say that Savannah and Stefano's romance started as fairytale would be a bit of a stretch. In college, Savannah would often go visit her best friend, now bridesmaid, Kailey at FSU. The two of them would bop all around town getting into goodness knows what, so it was much to Savannah's surprise when Kailey wanted to introduce her friend, Stefano. Kailey assured Savannah that they would hit it off based on their similar sense of humor. Savannah did think Stef was cute that first night they met. However, she wasn't in Tallahassee to find love. She did see that he was attentive, and put him to work. A vodka, soda, cran was Savannah's drink of choice, and he made sure to keep them coming. At the end of the night, Savannah and Kailey went home to crash, and the girls wanted nothing more than some Gumby's pizza. This was before the modern convenience of UberEats, so the girls were in a bit of a bind. How in the world were they to get a pokey sticks at this hour??? When Savannah had what seemed like a brilliant idea - "I'll call that nice boy who was getting me drinks all night, he was very competent, he will get the job done" Right??? Wrong! After about 10 unanswered calls at an ungodly hour (because persistence is key), a terrible night sleep, two pedialytes, and one iced coffee later, Savannah realized how obnoxious her antics were, and if she never saw that man again, it would be too soon. Fast forward about two years, Savannah lived in Miami where she was still friends with people she had met at FSU. Groomsman, Myles, in particular had become one of her good friends, and he had invited her out one night to his friend's pregrame. Savannah was much more fun and spontaneous at the time, so she went. Upon her arrival, she realized it was at Stefano's apartment, she was mortified to say the least, but she held her head high thinking "there's no way this guy remembers how much of an animal I was two years ago". Right?? Wrong! He did in fact remember their first encounter, but as Kailey mentioned, he had a fabulous sense of humor, and the two were able to laugh about it all night long. The rest is history!
