Dress Code: Woodland Elegance (Semi-Formal) Our celebration will take place amidst the trees, where the natural world meets a touch of enchantment. We kindly ask guests to embrace a look inspired by the forest—elegant, romantic, and nature-touched. Think soft, flowing fabrics, muted or earthy tones, or light pastels, and subtle, whimsical details. While this isn’t a costume event, a hint of fairytale charm is warmly welcome. Let the spirit of the woodland guide you, with attire that feels elevated, yet in harmony with the natural surroundings. Please also keep in mind that parts of the event will be outdoors—comfortable, ground-friendly footwear is encouraged.

With hearts aglow, we’re overjoyed to share this most magical day with our dearest kindred spirits. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

I Can't Attend All Events - Is That Okay?

Of course! Arrive when your journey allows—but if there are any parts of the celebration you won’t be able to attend, kindly let us know by marking “no” on your RSVP. The forest thanks you for your thoughtfulness.

Can I Take Photos?

Answer

To preserve the magic of the moment, we kindly ask that you tuck your modern talismans (cell phones) away during our ceremony. We’ve invited a skilled photographer to capture the enchantment as it unfolds, so all may be fully present beneath the trees. Once the ceremony has concluded and the celebration begins, feel free to capture the joy and wonder of the evening to your heart’s content! There will be a hashtag created for our event. It will be added to our website soon and wil be displayed at our event!

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Our woodland revel will feature a curated selection of wine and beer, with a cash bar available to all. Raise a glass, and let the merriment flow like moonlight through the trees!

Will There Be Transportation Or Shuttles For Guests?

For our fellow adventurers staying at the Stroudsmoor Inn, rejoice! The venue is but a short stroll through the enchanted grounds—no mounts or carriages required. Because we’ve partnered with Stroudsmoor for accommodations, we will not be providing additional shuttles or transportation from other hotels in the area. Fear not, brave travelers: the journey to the wedding celebration is easy and scenic, and your path will be well-marked with signs and magic.

Can I Bring My Gift To The Wedding Or Ship It?

Dear friends and kindred spirits, your gifts are welcome whichever way is easiest for you. Whether you bring them with you on the day of our celebration or send them ahead through the postal wings, they will be received with joy and gratitude. Your thoughtfulness adds a sprinkle of magic to our enchanted day.
