Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are looking forward to seeing our friends and family dolled up and looking sharp on our big day. The dress code is formal. We are implementing a color palette which includes dark romantic and jewel tones. Please refer to the "Dress Code" tab for more information and a Pinterest link for examples! *Bridal party will be dressed in plum*

Question

Is it appropriate to RSVP if I'm uncertain about attending?

Answer

No, please be respectful and mindful of the the bride and groom's time and financial responsibility. Please do not RSVP yes, if you are unsure that you will make it.

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP before or by December 20th. Our venue requires a final guest count. After this date we will assume that you will not be joining us and can no longer accommodate you.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

As we are keeping our special day intimate, only invited guests will be in attendance. Your formal invitation will include details on your party size. If you have a plus one, it will be noted.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, we've decided to keep our wedding adults-only to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We appreciate your understanding and hope to celebrate with you!

Question

Unplugged Ceremony

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones and personal cameras be turned off and put away once the ceremony begins. We’d love for you to be fully present with us in this special moment, and we want to ensure our photographer can capture it all without any distractions. You’re welcome to take photos and videos during cocktail hour and the celebration that follows!

Question

When do you recommend guests arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Twin Oaks Garden by 3:30 p.m. to allow enough time for parking, greeting other guests, and finding your seat comfortably. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 p.m. We want to make sure everyone is settled!

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, you can leave your car parked overnight. The gates will be locked at the conclusion of the event. If your vehicle is parked overnight at the venue, please ensure to retrieve your vehicle by 10 a.m. the following day.

Question

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with the reception held under a tent. Heating lamps will be provided to ensure everyone stays warm and comfortable.
