There are a ton of airbnb/cabin rental options within the area, and this is what we recommend! We have a required shuttle service that will pick everyone up from the Holiday Inn Express. No cars are allowed to park at the venue unless you are staying there :)

Charlotte's airport is about 2 hrs 15 minutes away from Twickenham. So while it is slightly further than Tri-Cities Airport, it is much larger and will likely offer more flight options.
