We met while we were both working at Operational Christmas Child in 2019 during the processing season. Michael was the one of the loading dock telling all the dad jokes and blowing the horn every time a truck was filled with gospel opportunities! Savannah, worked with all the stations and happened to be placed at the same loading dock as Michael on night one (the place she was told she would never be placed). Michael would say it was love at first site for him!

We were going out on a hike (one of our favorite things to do together) to celebrate 1.5 years of dating. Michael had it all planned out. Savannah was determined to show Michael this spot on Table Rock (see the picture below) that he had never been to, or so she thought. Little did she know Michael had been there earlier this week to scout out the perfect spot. It was the perfect day of sweetness and reflection as we celebrated all the Lord had done in our lives over the past 2 years and it ended with prayers of thanks for the future to come!
