Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that all guests arrive by 3:45 PM to allow time for seating prior to the start of the ceremony.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is cocktail attire. Gentleman can wear a tux or suit, and ladies can wear a midi or full-length dress or dressy jumpsuit. Bridesmaids will be wearing sky blue!
Question
May guests take photos or videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests silence their cell phones and refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers who will be capturing the moment, and we wish for everyone to be fully present with us. After the ceremony, all photos and videos are welcome and encouraged!

Will there be a cocktail hour?
Answer
Yes! A cocktail hour with drinks and hors d’oeuvres will follow the ceremony outside of the greenhouse in the courtyard area. During this time, please enjoy some food and drinks, talk to wedding guests, take pictures outside, and sign our guest book.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically named on the invitation. If you received a plus-one, they will appear with your name when you RSVP. If you do not have a plus-one on your invite and would like to request one, please contact the bride or groom for approval. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

Are children invited?

We respectfully request that children attend only if they are specifically named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding as we prefer to have an adults only event.

Is there parking available?
Answer
Westwynd Gardens has plenty of parking out front for during the event! Due to weddings that take place the next day, please make sure your car is not left overnight at the venue.
