When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive around half an hour prior to the ceremony to park and take your seats.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is preferred. Please refrain from wearing white (or any version of cream or ivory).

What about hotels?

Can I bring a date?

Answer

It will be noted on your invitation and RSVP if a plus one can be accommodated.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors. The reception will be covered with several heat lamps scattered throughout. The average temperature is between 60-70 degrees, so feel free to dress accordingly or bring a light jacket!

What is the best airport to use?

Answer

If flying allegiant, PIE would be best. If flying any other airline, both TPA and MCO are close by.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be doing an open bar. Only beer, wine, and soda products will be served and will be available for purchase during cocktail hour & the reception.

Will there be a time gap between ceremony & reception?

Answer

Yes, we are allotting about an hour for photos, during which there will be a cocktail hour.

Am I allowed to take photos of the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We invite all guests to be present with us in the moment and let our photographer take care of photos.
