Our ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive around 5:00 PM to allow time to get settled and find a seat before we begin.
Our ceremony will take place at Birch Hill, located at: 1 Celebration Way, Castleton-on-Hudson, NY 12033 When you arrive at Birch Hill, take a left turn before the main parking lot. Parking for the ceremony will be near the Pond Pavilion. From there, the ceremony site—called the Bird Cage—is located just on the other side of the pavilion. The reception will follow in the main Birch Hill building in the Conservatory Ballroom.
Formal Attire - Optional We kindly ask that guests dress in Formal - Optional attire. This basically means: dress nicely, but don't stress it! Suits, dress shirts, cocktail dresses, long dresses, or anything you'd wear to a fancy night out all work great. Basically-something a little elevated, like you're heading to a special event (because you are!). We kindly ask no jeans and any shade of white-we appreciate your help in keeping the focus on the brides! Bring your best look and your best vibes, and get ready to celebrate with us! (Please note all bridesmaids & bridesmen will be wearing emerald green)
Unfortunately, while we wish we could have an unlimited number of guests, we request only the individuals specifically listed on the invitation attend the wedding and reception unless discussed otherwise.
Children invited to the wedding will be specifically named on the invitations. All though we love everyone and wish to include everyone’s entire family, we have a limited space. Thank you for understanding and making arrangements ahead of time.
The ceremony is planned to be held outdoors, weather permitting. It will take place on grass, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly-especially if you plan to wear heels. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors following the ceremony.
We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP by August 30th. Please let us know whether or not you’ll be attending by this date so we can finalize our plans. Your response means a lot to us, and we hope to celebrate together!
