What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. For men, this means a suit (tie optional). For women, we kindly request floor-length gowns of any color. Please note that our celebration will be primarily outdoors, and while October weather in San Diego is usually beautiful, evenings can cool off unexpectedly. We recommend that women bring a wrap, shawl, or light jacket to stay comfortable later in the night.

Are children invited?

Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone to relax and fully enjoy the evening. Thank you so much for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re unable to accommodate all guests bringing a plus one. If you have been given a plus one, their name will appear under your name when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, so please arrive no later than 3:30pm.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Since all guests are invited to stay at The Lodge at Torrey Pines, where the wedding will be held, transportation will not be provided. If you choose to stay at a different hotel, please note that transportation will not be available from those locations. That said, the alternative hotel options listed on our Travel page are all less than a 10-minute drive to the venue for your convenience.
