We have secured a negotiated room rate of $169 per night, plus 14% tax. To book a room, please call the hotel directly at (248) 373-4550 and mention your group affiliation as the "Schwarzwalder/Shore Wedding Group Block." Our room block is available from September 17th to 19th, 2026. Check-in times are at 3:00 PM on either the 17th or 18th, with checkout at 12:00 PM on the 19th. Please note that the cutoff date to book a room at this rate is September 1st, 2026.

Shuttle

Shuttle from hotel to Ceremony and vis versa

September 18, 2026 4:45 pm - 12:15 am

There will be two shuttle rides from the hotel to the Buhl Estate: one for the ceremony / cocktail hour departing the hotel at 4:45 PM and one for the reception departing the hotel at 6:15 PM. Additionally, three shuttle rides will be available at various times from the reception back to the hotel. The bus has a capacity of 24 passengers, so please let us know if you plan to use the shuttle to and/or from the venue, and we will reserve a seat for you.
