Once upon a time ...... Joey and Savannah were at a country bar when a mutual friend introduced them. The introduction went well and through the wonders of social media the two struck up a friendship. They spent several months growing closer to each other. Summer evenings were spent driving around in Big Red singing and laughing. There were camping trips, float trips, family introductions, and a lot of snuggling on the couch. As the rumors started going they swore they were just living life to the fullest as best friends. Joey had dreams of living the country life and found a piece of land further away from Savannah than she liked. Knowing that when he moved that she would not be seeing her best friend as often as she wanted to it then hit her all at once. Friends and family were right! She had fallen for him and could not imagine life without "Her Joey " in it everyday. The only thing left to do was to tell Joey that she had fallen in love with him. A relationship status was changed, Facebook blew up. "likes" and "hearts" were plenty. "FINALLY!" Comments were abundant and from that moment on friendship changed into a love that was stronger than anything else either of them had ever known. Just a few months later, Joey knowing that he was ready to make a life long commitment decided that a upcoming family vacation would be the perfect time to ask Savannah to be his wife. He went and asked her father for his daughter's hand in marriage. Once he got the go ahead from her father he then called her mother to help him find the perfect ring. On a rainy Mothers Day in Branson, Missouri a very nervous Joey got down on one knee and asked Savannah to marry him. With tears in her eyes and so much love in her heart she muttered out the words yes, absolutely! With their hearts now so full and content two best friends plan their Happily Ever After.
