Hotel
We reserved a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn. This is where the shuttle will be picking everyone up and dropping them off on the big day. July 4th is apparently a busy day in Fredericton and there’s only a limited number of rooms available and is on a first come first serve basis. There are other hotels in the area within walking distance from this Hilton. To book a room, Guests can call (506) 999-1551 and reference the group block (Beaupre-Michaud Wedding), or use the direct web link below to book their rooms.
Shuttle
July 4, 2026 4:15 pm - 11:59 pm
There will be ONE shuttle departing from the hotel to the venue at 4:15 PM sharp. Since there is only one trip to the wedding, seating will be first come, first serve. At the end of the night, there will be TWO shuttles returning guests back to the hotel. Please use them… they cost some nice pennies. If you choose to drive, you are welcome to leave your vehicle at the barn overnight. All vehicles must be picked up by noon on July 5th.
