FAQs

The Wedding Website of Savannah Harrison and Jeremy Martin
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

So we can have the most accurate count for our vendors, please RSVP by December 1st.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4. Out of respect for our big day, please allow time to get to your seats prior to the start time of 4 p.m.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is dressy causal. Think Easter Sunday, but no bunny ears! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, so make sure to dress for winter in South Georgia. We ask that you not wear white or loud, bright colors, such as hot pink or bright red.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos! However, we have chosen to have only children in our immediate family at the wedding. We ask that you only bring your child if they are specifically mentioned on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved for our guests at the Spring Hill Suites in North Tallahassee. Please use the link in the travel/accommodations section to book your stay at a group rate!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have an allergy, please let us know. We will communicate these needs with our caterer to make sure that you can enjoy all of the yummy food safely!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking area behind the venue. We will have signs out that will point you in the right direction. Please consider carpooling if you plan on partaking throughout the night. While it is possible to use a rideshare company to get out to the venue, we strongly recommend that you drive or have other accommodations to get back to the hotel! The venue is in between two large cities and the drivers become more scarce as the night goes on.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at Loblolly Rise Plantation in Thomasville, GA. Loblolly Rise is located on the west side of Thomasville Road (HWY 319) 1 mile past the Georgia/Florida line on the Georgia side. If traveling from Florida, take the first u-turn once you pass into Georgia and Loblolly will be on your right.
