FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 30th and no later than September 25th. Any RSVPs received after the September date will be marked as kindly declined.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin at 3pm, we ask that you please arrive 40 minutes prior to park and find your seat. If you happen to be running late to the ceremony, we ask for you to please stand in the back.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking available for guest! Please do not be frightened coming up the road or figuring out how to park, the venue will have staff to help direct you in parking your car :)

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code will be SEMI-FORMAL. Please be aware that our venue may not be the ideal place to wear high heels and is also outdoors. We recommend wearing flats, chunky/wedged heels, or even boots for our female guest. The venue will be a mix of dirt, grass, and wood chip flooring, so wear footwear you wouldn't mind getting a little dirty. Bring a coat to stay warm, it gets chilly!

Question

Where Is The Ceremony And Reception?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception are located at the Reptacular Ranch. We recommend putting in directions to the venue before going up the mountain as there is no reception.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don't, please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We kindly ask if your child is feeling a little rowdy that you sit towards the back in case you need to step away. There is a small grassy area near the ceremony where you can stand with them while they get their jitters out, but please do be respectful during the ceremony and keep them as quiet as possible. Thank you!
