You should have received an RSVP card in your invitation with a QR code to our RSVP section of our site. If that does not work out for you, please reach out to the bride or groom directly for assistance! We ask that all guests RSVP by August 12th, 2025 to allow for final head counts to be submitted and necessary additional things taken care of. If your RSVP is not received by then, your answer will be considered as a "no, will not attend."
Due to the limited space at our venue, we ask that only those listed on the invitation you received be in attendance. If there is someone that we have missed that you feel must be in attendance, please reach out to the bride or groom directly and we will see what can be worked out.
Yes they are! If you are invited, you will of course know just how important each baby in our lives is to us. We would love to see and celebrate our day with each and every one of them! If you find that your little one was not included on your invitation, please give the bride and groom a heads up they will be joining you. We are planning to provide the little ones with a kids activity table, including coloring pages, games, and snacks such as apple sauce and juice boxes and want to make sure there is enough for each child!
Google maps provides the most accurate directions to the Mainard family home in Marshfield, MO. We recommend that you use Google maps but for those iPhone uses that prefer Apple Maps, that will also work just fine! There will also be signs leading you in the right direction for parking.
The ceremony will begin at 4pm, we ask that all guests plan to arrive and be seated around 3:30pm but no later than 3:50pm. Any guest not in their seat by 3:50pm will be asked to wait back towards the entrance of the ceremony area until the ceremony has completed.
With the venue being held at the family home in Marshfield, the easiest accommodations are going to be found in Springfield, MO. We are working to secure a block at a local hotel and will provide that information as soon as possible. Transportation will not be provided. We ask that guests arrange their own transportation and even recommend carpooling if possible.
We are going with a whimsical, romantic, garden party theme for our wedding and encourage all guests to dress to fit our theme! The dress code is specifically semiformal wear and a good description of what would be nice to wear is listed on our Schedule page under the Ceremony section!
We do have a registry available to access here on our wedding site. While we appreciate any and every item gifted to us, after almost 6 years living together, we have acquired more than we probably even need so we have included a honeymoon fund in our registry. No gift is required or expected, we just wish to celebrate our special day with our most special loved ones!
Our social hour will consist of a few batch cocktail options along with a charcuterie grazing area prepared by both the bride and groom's mothers. For our dinner meal, we will be providing a classic build your own sandwich in a buffet style layout along with soups, salads, and sides prepared by family members and close friends of the couple. For dessert, we will enjoy cake cups made by the groom's aunt Mandy and a selection of pies prepared by family members. We will have assorted drink options throughout the evening.
We want to do our best to make sure every guest enjoys good food so if there is any concern for allergies or restrictions, please reach out to the bride or groom right away so that we can do our best to accommodate you!
