You can do an air bnb. The options of close by and nice hotels are limited. I have listed all hotels in the area.

What if I book a hotel Austin near the airport?

Answer

Go for it. Keep in mind you will drive about 45 minutes. Going to the wedding will not be an issue however driving back will be long. So have a DD!

Does the venue have air conditioner?

Answer

Heck yea! If it’s too hot under the tents cool off inside.
