Our dress code is a floral casual theme. However, we are open to you wearing whatever you've got! Light, airy, garden-inspired, and cheerful. Think outdoor wedding energy: soft colors, flowy fabrics, and floral patterns.
Any kind! We are accepting and appreciating any kind of dish you may bring to the event. We will be offering labeling cards at the reception to label your dishes if need be. This is a very family-oriented wedding, and we want you to bring something that feels like family. We are also offering hot stands if needed to warm up food, and ice tubs. Also, if you are attending as a party with your family, if able, one passing dish is perfectly fine from the family!! If you are coming in from out of town, please don’t feel obligated to provide a passing dish. Message Savannah if you have any questions!
There will be guests present that have food aversions and allergies. If your dish contains tree nuts, peanuts or any shellfish, please disclose this information!
Yes! We are excited to have the opportunity for all of our guests to pick their own reusable, glass cup for the night. It will be a chalice of sorts, but there will be cups for other beverages as well available, just disposable. We encourage you to take your chalice home that you used as a remember-us-by!
Yes! There will be alcohol at this function. We encourage everyone to drink safely and have designated drivers for after leaving our venue. Our wedding will be an open bar, one of the perks of guests bringing passing dishes!! Please have your ID's ready and don't forget to tip the bartender!!
We are having our wedding at Dream field Acres. A beautiful barn off of 15-mile road in Marshall MI. There is no central Air Condition in this barn, but there will be fans available for use. Please keep this in mind when planning your attire. There are also in house bathrooms as well, including a handicap access. The ceremony will be warm, as it is outdoors.
