Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 1st so we can get our final guest count to the venue and catering staff.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:30 PM on the day of the wedding to be welcomed into the venue and find your seats for the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please wear formal attire and avoid casual clothing like jeans, hats, sneakers, etc.

Can I bring a date?

If you would like to bring a Plus One to the wedding, please reach out to the bride & groom to request this prior to RSVP'ing.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please leave the kiddos at home for the wedding. The only child present will be our wonderful flower girl, Hazel Jean!

Will there be drinks?

Answer

Yes! There will be a bar credit which will cover roughly 2 drinks per person. Once the bar credit has been reached, drinks will still be available for individual purchase. Please be mindful of other guests before ordering a third drink.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please visit the "Travel" tab of the website to find a link to reserve a hotel room in our reserved block at Homewood Suites in Broomfield. If you prefer a different hotel, there are plenty of other options within short driving distance!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue has PLENTY of parking available onsite, just outside the front doors to the right side of the building.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to have a designated driver or call an Uber/Lyft/Taxi service if you do not plan on driving yourself.
