We are requesting garden party cocktail attire. Suits and long or elevated short dresses will be perfectly appropriate. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held outdoors, with our ceremony and cocktail hour on grass. Because of this we highly suggest block heels or sandals (and avoiding wearing stilettos or thin heels)!
If you will be spending the weekend in the Westlake Village area, we will have complimentary shuttles from The Westlake Village Inn departing promptly at 3pm and again at 3:45pm. Returning trips from the venue will be at 8pm, 9pm, and 10pm back to The Westlake Village Inn. We encourage you to join us for our sparkler send-off just before the last shuttle leaves! Unless you are a guest of the property, parking is strictly not permitted at The Westlake Village Inn. In this case, we would suggest using ride-share to The Westlake Village Inn and we'll take you the rest of the way! If you would like to drive yourself or use a ride-share to the venue, there is ample parking available at the venue that is easily accessible and free of charge. Please note, there are not many ride-share options leaving the venue as it is in a farming area so you are welcome to join the shuttle back to The Westlake Village Inn if you find your own way there.
We love all of the children in our life! However, we have decided to keep our celebration an adults-only event with the exception of babies under 12 months. Snag a sitter and join us for a date night full of fun!
If your guests name is listed on your invitation, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.
The weather in Santa Rosa Valley in July will typically yield a high of 81°F of and a low of 61°F. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held outdoors with partial shade.
