Where is your wedding venue?

Answer

We are getting married at Luna’s Trail Farm & Event Center in Westfield, NC! The ceremony will take place outside the Hanging Rock Cabin (pending due to weather) and the reception will take place at the Event Center.

Is your wedding an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors with an option to be outdoors.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invited guests should RSVP by April 30 by texting 336-970-9708. We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible so we can get a count of how many people we need to seat and feed. Not RSVP-ing may result in there not being enough chairs, tables, or food. Therefore, it is important that you RSVP prior to the set date. *Edit due to COVID: Send your RSVPs as soon as possible, even though we do not know what the future holds. Let’s plan as if it is going to happen the way we originally planned it!

When will you be sending out invites?

Answer

I will be sending them out in March. People will need to RSVP by April 30.

What are you going to do now that we have to worry about COVID-19?

Answer

We are working on a plan. We are taking it day by day and will update everyone when it is time. Our guests health and wellness is extremely important to us, so that will be the number one thing we consider when making a decision. We thank you for your patience.

Question

What is your updated plan for the wedding due to COVID-19?

Answer

Due to the restrictions put in place, we can only have a limited amount of people. We plan to have an intimate ceremony on June 6, and hopefully celebrate with everyone at a later date.
