Their story began on Hinge, when Avery messaged, “I don’t know what’s cuter, you or your dog.” Let’s be real—obviously, her dog! I mean, have you seen Rosso? From there, their connection grew, and on January 31, 2023, they had their first date. What made that night even more special was that it was not only Savannah’s late father’s birthday, but also Avery’s mom’s birthday, whom are both cancer warriors. It felt like fate. Savannah was rushing to get ready because her hair dryer caught on fire! She should’ve known that it was a sign there was going to be an instant spark between them. They met at Green Valley Grill, where Avery had secured the largest booth possible—one that could probably seat 12 people. (Pictured below!) When they finally met, it was like they were meant to be sitting at that giant booth together, chatting the night away. After dinner, Avery walked her to her car like a true gentleman and gave her a hug. They both knew right then that this was just the beginning of something special. A few months later, after a long workday, they met for a much-needed sushi date night. After dinner, Savannah had a little surprise for Avery. She made him follow her in his car, and of course, he had no idea where they were going—classic move, right? Savannah pulled into the same parking spot where they shared their first hug after their first date at Green Valley Grill. She was ready to drop the “I love you” bomb... but Avery, being Avery, totally beat her to it. So, there they were, in the same spot where it all started, both of them grinning, knowing full well they were stuck with each other. And that’s how they got here—together, forever.
