Reception Transportation

Shuttle transportation will be provided from the Courtyard Marriott and Best Western Plus to the wedding reception venue and back. The first shuttle trip to the reception venue is scheduled to leave each hotel at 4:30 pm. There will be a shuttle at both hotels, each seating 38 passengers. The second pickup will leave the hotels at 5:10 pm. Return shuttles will be available starting at 8:30 pm to take guests back to the hotels when they are ready to leave. The last shuttles are scheduled to leave the reception at 11 pm. Wedding attendees not staying at the Courtyard Marriott or the Best Western Plus are encouraged to use the shuttle services to and from the reception. Parking is available at these hotels. The Walla Walla airport has two flights in and out of Walla Walla each day from Seattle. There are also two flights to/from Portland each day. Due to the limited amount of flights, we recommend you book your flights early! Alternatively, Walla Walla is about a four hour drive from Seattle or Portland.

These are all within walking distance of town, close to the church, and near the shuttle pickup locations. Summer is a popular time in Walla Walla, so we recommend you book your hotel accommodations early as well.
