Please arrive at the Chicago History Museum no later than 5:15 p.m. The ceremony will begin shortly after.

Should I rent a car while I am in town?

Answer

We would not recommend renting a car in Chicago during your stay. Parking can be a hassle and expensive - anywhere from $30 - $60/night at a garage. The best way to get around the city is Uber/Lyft, taxis, public transport, or walking!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is paid parking across the street at 1730 N Stockton Dr, Chicago, IL 60614. However, we would suggest taking a taxi to get to the History Museum because parking is $40 for anything longer than 2 hours.
