Are there hotel recommendations?

Answer

Absolutely. The hotel recommendations are located on the backside of your save the date, the top two are closest to the venue vs. the bottom recommendations are located in Waikiki (approx 35min from the venue). Paradise Bay Resort & Courtyard by Marriott are the closest hotels near the venue. It just depends which side of the island you’d like to stay.

Is there a group discount for the hotel recommendations?

Answer

Paradise Bay Resort does not offer a “group” discount but they offer a discount by booking on their website directly. Our other hotel recommendations offer discounts through AAA. We did a package deal for hotel and flight on booking.com!

What is the attire?

Answer

It’s outdoors - so I recommend light and comfortable clothing. I would stay away from suits and jackets. Also don’t recommend stiletto style heels since you will be walking on grass (excluding the dance floor). It will not be directly on the beach but feel free to wear something nice and tropical.

Do I get a plus 1?

Where do I park?

Answer

Venue specific parking is available in the three levels to the right of the venue roadway and includes specified guest parking signs. No parking is permitted on any of the roadways (drop-off is OK). There will be signage to guide you to venue parking. The venue recommends that guests do not use the main ranch parking due to the vast distance from the venue itself. Overnight parking of vehicles is prohibited without approval from the Special Events Manager on the day of the event. Kualoa Ranch Hawaii, Inc. is not responsible for any vehicles or items left on property.
