Q: What is the dress code for the wedding? A: Our dress code is formal, we'd love to see guests dressed up. Since we're celebrating in the summer, we invite guests to wear color and florals! We kindly ask that casual items such as baseball caps, jeans, flip flops, and t-shirts to be left at home.
Q: Can I bring a plus one? A: We wish we could celebrate with absolutely everyone, but since we're keeping our wedding intimate, plus ones are limited. If your invitation includes a guest by name or indicates a plus one, then absolutely we'd love for them to join! If not, we kindly ask that you come solo so we can keep our celebration close and personal.
Q: Can I take photos during the ceremony? A: We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged. We've hired a wonderful photographer to capture every moment, and we'd love for you to be fully present with us instead of behind a screen. This also makes sure phones don't block the view or show up in our ceremony photos. However, please feel free to capture photos after the ceremony is over and at the reception!
Q: Are children invited? A: As much as we love your little ones, we've chosen to keep our wedding mostly adults-only. We'll be including only children from our immediate families in the celebration. We hope you can enjoy this evening as a fun night out! If you have any questions regarding our request, please feel free to reach out.
Q: Will the reception be indoors or outdoors? A: The reception will be outdoors so we can enjoy the summer evening! We recommend bringing a layer in case it gets cooler once the sun goes down.
Q: Where can guests park? A: There will be free parking available at the church for the ceremony. For the reception, guests are welcome to park along side of the house where the celebration will be held.
Q: What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction? A: Please reach out to Savanah or Jake as soon as possible so we can make an accommodation, we'd love all our guests to be able to enjoy a meal with us!
Q: How do I RSVP? A: We can't wait to celebrate with you! Please RSVP through the 'RSVP' tab. This helps us plan everything perfectly for our special day.
