Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. We do welcome kids to join us at our Engagement party and Before They Say I Do BBQ!

Can I bring a date?

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly

Is there a dress code?

Formal - black tie optional

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation for our guest and we hope you can accommodate your own safely.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive thirty minutes to an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

What will happen after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head to cocktail hour where we will be serving finger foods and beverages. There will be tables for our guest to relax at before heading to the reception area.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media. Our requests are that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #allyouneedisAlvarez so we can keep track of all of your pictures! We also request that during our ceremony you put away any devices and be present with us in this special moment. We have hired a photographer and videographer to capture the important moments. We will be updating our Photo page as we receive pictures and our wedding video from our wonderful photographer and videographer, so check in after the wedding!

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

I kindly request that our centerpieces are left on the table by the end of the night

We will be hosting a Before They Say I Do BBQ on 00/00/0000 to celebrate the soon to be Mr. and Mrs. Alvarez where will be playing games for all ages.
