How should I get to the Welcome Party?

Answer

The welcome party location is not walking distance from the hotel. There is a free parking lot across the street, and all the bars are located nearby so you should be able to get an Uber or Lyft to and from the hotel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will start promptly at 3 PM. Please plan to arrive about 10-15 minutes beforehand. There is parking available at both the church and the reception venue. If you are staying at one of the hotels we have blocked, transportation will be provided.

Can I bring a date?

Due to the size of the guest list, we ask that only the invitee(s) on the invitation you received attend.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know when you RSVP. Gluten free and vegan options will be available at our reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to your family, children are welcome at both the ceremony and the reception. However, we ask that parents keep an eye on our younger guests and exercise their best judgment.

What should I wear?

For the welcome party, we suggest that guests wear semi-formal attire. Guests who want to wear a suit should plan to wear a suit and tie. Guests who are not wearing a suit should choose a dress that is knee length, tea-length, or floor length. Question

How should I get from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

We have buses for our out-of-town guests that will shuttle guests from the ceremony to the reception and back to the hotel after the reception. Should you wish to drive yourself, there is ample parking at the reception venue.

We ask that all logistics-related questions be directed to Ryan Savage starting on June 16th so we can best prepare for our big day!
