When should I RSVP by?

How do I RSVP? Can I do it via mail or online?

Answer

You are able to RSVP on the website under RSVP or you can send back the RSVP card in the mail. Please make sure every individual is added to the RSVP list either way you do it.

Where is the wedding located?

Answer

The entire wedding is located at the Lake Mary Event Center. 260 N Country Club Road, Lake Mary, FL 32746. Those that do not have a toll pass, please take I-4 on your way to the wedding.

Is there a dress code or theme for the wedding?

Answer

The theme for the wedding is a Garden Party. What is a garden party? It is the outfit you would wear to a fancy brunch or tea with the Queen. No jeans & No Flip Flops. Women: Jumpsuits, sundresses, dressy sandals or flats, pastels, maxi dresses, Men: A light-colored suit, blazer, linen shirt, polo or button-down. Light or dark pants/slacks, khaki shorts, or boat shoes. A tie is optional. The color scheme is blue and green for inquiring minds.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are lucky enough to already have nearly everything we need for this new chapter together! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we are registered primarily through Zola and Amazon. Please click the registry tab above.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at 10:30. We will be opening up with cocktail hour before the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly after cocktail hour.

Where is the ceremony? Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception will be held indoors. The Ceremony takes place in the Rotunda. The Reception takes place in the ballroom adjacent to the Rotunda

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a lot of hotel recommendations under the "Accommodation" tab. Please be mindful that we have friend and family rates available upon request for all Marriott hotels. Please get in touch with the Bride's mom (Jeanette) to coordinate this.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome but they need to be noted on the reply card to accurately account for them.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Food and Drinks will be provided. We are hosting a brunch shortly after the ceremony and brunch cocktails will be available.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

It's Florida. We did not escape humidity or showers. So expect afternoon showers between 1 and 4pm. Those that plan on venturing out during the weekend before the wedding it would be best to have a poncho or umbrella handy.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, however the ceremony will be unplugged. Please refrain from having your phones out during the ceremony. We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #savagelyinlove2022 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
