This is the famous Darjeeling Himalayan Railway train, that runs primarily between Darjeeling and Ghum stations! Established by the British a long time ago, it's now become a scenic route that showcases the charm of Darjeeling town and, if you're lucky, a great view of the Kanchenjunga mountain range.
